Cx AIgent was founded by a veteran consulting engineer with over 25 years designing, reviewing, and commissioning building systems. We built the platform we wished we'd had.
25+ years of commissioning, encoded into software.
Our founding team has designed electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire alarm, and life-safety systems, and commissioned more than 500 projects across that time. Every one of those projects meant a Cx plan written from scratch, checklists built by hand, and an issues log stitched together from field notes and email threads. Cx AIgent is what we built after deciding that work should not start from a blank page.
The software assembles. You decide.
This boundary is built into the product, not just our policy. Cx AIgent generates draft commissioning plans, checklists, and reports directly from project documentation — but it never issues a deliverable on its own. You, as the commissioning provider, review every draft and make edits directly through the chat interface — like directing your own highly technical commissioning team, with decades of field experience, on call whenever you need them. We think that boundary is what makes an AI-native commissioning platform trustworthy, not a limitation on it.
